What is the ‘Giantbeetech’ Scam Network?
The ‘Giantbeetech’ Scam Network consists of at least 519 websites that all seem to be scams as they either deliver nothing or deliver items that are much inferior to what was advertised. The full list of websites is given at the end of the article.
The most popular items in this network seem to be jigsaw puzzles as there are a large number of websites selling them.
All the websites in this network provide the email ID ‘aftersale@giantbeetech.com‘, which is why this collection of sites has been named the ‘Giantbeetech’ Scam Network.
Many of these sites were also found to be providing alternative email addresses. Thanks to help from Qti.Ai’s Scami algorithm, 152 additional email addresses have been uncovered that are associated with this scam network. The list is appended at the end of the article.
According to information gathered by fellow scamfighter Suzie, Giantbeetech is another UK Shell that belong to Ansky Company Ltd. The below company information can be found on some of the websites in this network
This is the same as Beimac Company Ltd, Vankin Company Ltd. & Marul Company Ltd. All have the ‘Significant owner’ as Chenguang Jiang or Hawi Limited.
The sites also provide Chinese addresses and phone numbers, but these are likely to be fake as every site has different information. The email ID, however, rarely changes except in some instances.
Giantbeetech.com is a parked domain, which means that the owner has decided not to host any website on it. The email ID itself is fake, which means that these sites do not have any customer support.
These websites almost always proclaim that they are holding a ‘Clearance Sale’ or ‘Closing Sale’. These sales are completely fake as the websites are never more than a few days to a few months old. A new website holding a massive sale is an obvious sign of a scam.
The sites also universally look low in quality with barely any content and pixellated images. They also use the same two or three templates, making them easy to recognize to the trained eye.
Thanks to information from Scamadviser’s database, I was able to determine that these websites all originate from China. The registrant’s location mentioned in the domain registration information and the fact that many of them have been registered through ‘Alibaba Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd.’ reveals their Chinese origin.
The sites are also very new, suggesting that websites in the Giantbeetech Scam Network are often purged and replaced with new ones.
Another obvious hint about the Chinese origin of the websites is that they are all hosted on Shoplazza, which is the Chinese counterpart of Shopify.
The ‘About Us’ pages of these websites also contain identical text. The content is always in this format:
Founded in [year], [website name] specializes in retail website sales.
Now moved to international e-commerce services, and since then, it has become an online retailer, selling almost anything you may need or think of.
The [website name] team is dedicated to providing customers with low-cost, high-quality products and professional customer service.
Our motto is [“The best return,”] / [“Customer is everything,”] and we follow to ensure that our products only offer you exclusive deals and special offers.
The sites are also unfinished as they contain dummy text, which is a testimony to the laziness and unprofessionalism of the website owners.
Though the websites contain social media links, their social media presence is non-existent. The icons are simply for show.
Some of these sites also contain the orange pop-up that has discount codes. This same pop-up has been observed on numerous sites that are known scams. This suggests that the Giantbeetech may be an extension of other scam networks such as the ‘Coolest Gadgets’ Scam Network.
Many of these websites also mysteriously change names when you switch from mobile-view to desktop-view. This is because the scammers create several sites using the same content, often forgetting to update certain details.
I have also observed that many of the sites change names and content overnight. For example, the URL debugrs.com used to host a site called ‘Debugrs’ but now hosts an identical site called ‘Piececool’.
Looking at the reviews, we can see that customers have universally had bad experiences no matter which sites you look at in the network.
Complaints against sites in the Giantbeetech Scam Network are typical of Chinese scam stores – false advertising, non-delivery, delayed delivery, poor quality of products, terrible or non-existent customer service and refusal to provide refunds.
The silver lining is that as most of these sites use PayPal to receive payments, it is possible to get your money back if you have been scammed by them. Here’s how:
Contact Paypal or your bank for a full refund. Don’t accept a partial refund citing that the product is not what you ordered and refuse to ship the items back as you didn’t know it would be shipped from China.
How this scam generally works is that if you ask where your package is, they will reply asking you to patiently wait and then deliver some low-quality product. Then if you ask for a refund, they will offer a partial one.
For a full refund, they will demand that you ship the product to China at your own cost, which will cost more than the product itself. The trick to getting a full refund is to complain to PayPal that the product is not what you ordered and that the company’s Chinese origin was not clearly disclosed.
Try to contact PayPal via phone so that you can explain the situation to a real person. The chances of getting your money back are much higher that way.
By taking note of the information provided in this article, you can avoid falling into the trap of the Giantbeetech Scam Network. Be sure to check the About Us and Contact Us pages of websites you intend to make a purchase from.

- Lodge a cybercrime complaint
- File a complaint with the payment portal and ask whether the payment can be reversed
- Leave a negative review on review portals such as Scamadviser, TrustPilot, OnlineThreatAlerts and SiteJabber
