Why is Vastchefca Fake?
Vastchefca is a website that claims to be selling clothing such as sweaters at discounts. It shows signs of being a Chinese scam right from the start as the same products are being sold on sites such as Amazon by Chinese brands. Additionally, Vastchefca’s prices are too good to be true when compared with other sellers.
A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 18th September 2023. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details have been hidden using a privacy guard. However, there are multiple indications that the site is operated by the Uniqueness Scam Network from China. Therefore, Vastchefca is a new website operated anonymously from a high-risk country.
When I checked the About Us page, I found that the entire content has been copied from Missguided and the wrong brand name is mentioned throughout. The same content has also been duplicated on at least 80 other websites, all of which may be scams operated by the Uniqueness Scam Network from China. The full list of sites is given at the end of the article.
The About Us page also contains the below company information of Hangdong Trading Limited registered in Hong Kong, making it clear that Vastchefca is a Chinese operation:

Bizarrely, the Terms & Conditions page states that the site operates as per the laws of UK and provides the below company information:

Bizarrely, the end of the document once again provides the Hong Kong company details. Therefore, the owners of Vastchefca are deliberately trying to hide the website’s Chinese origins.
This led me to discover that ‘Hangdong Trading Limited’ is registered in the UK and seems to be a shell company as is owned by a Chinese national named Rongxin Zhang. The registered address is likely be a virtual address as it was changed just months after the company was created.
Vastchefca does not seem to have a social media presence as there are no pages mentioned on the website and I couldn’t find any social media profiles independently either. The only contact detail provided on the website is the email ID ‘customerservices@vastchefca.com’ and the Hong Kong address of Hangdong Trading Limited. Therefore, the only way to contact Vastchefca after making a purchase is by email.
I could not find any customer reviews for Vastchefca online. As the site seems to be operated by the Uniqueness Scam Network, customers can expect false advertising, products being shipped from China, late or no delivery, poor customer service and refusal to provide refunds. Conclusion
It is incredibly likely that Vastchefca and the 80 similar sites may all be scams operated by the Uniqueness Scam Network from China, under the guise of shell companies such as Hangdong Trading Limited.
Vastchefca is a new site created anonymously from China in September 2023. The entire website content is copied and the prices are too good to be true.
There are multiple signs suggesting that Vastchefca is a Chinese operation and the company details of Hangdong Trading Limited registered in Hong Kong are provided. However, the Terms & Conditions document falsely states that Vastchefca is a UK-based business.
Vastchefca does not have any social media pages and the only contact information provided is an email ID. No customer reviews could be found for it either.
It is advisable to avoid shopping on Vastchefca and other websites operated by Hangdong Trading Limited as there are no reasons to believe that they are genuine businesses.
If you think that you have been scammed by any of these sites, you can contact PayPal or your bank for a full refund. Don’t accept a partial refund citing that the product is not what you ordered and refuse to ship the items back to China as the merchant claims to be located in the UK.
