Why is Expert Traders Fake?

Expert Traders (expert-traders.org) is a website that claims to generate profits for investors through trading and investing. They promise returns as incredibly high as 85% in 96 hours. Such returns are not realistic or sustainable and make it obvious that the website is a scam.

A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 9th September 2022. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details have been hidden using a privacy guard. Therefore, expert-traders.org is a new website that is being operated anonymously from an unknown country.

whois

Even though Expert Traders clearly did not exist before September 2022, it is falsely mentioned in multiple instances that the website is operating since 2018. There is absolutely nothing to indicate that this is true and therefore, it appears that expert-traders.org are blatantly lying about the age of the company.

The website is poorly made and appears to be created using a cheap template, as with most fake investment platforms. The information about the management team is clearly fake, indicating that the website is not run by genuine professionals.

Upon analyzing the website’s content, I found that all the text on the website has been copied and is being used on at least 7 other websites, all of which are likely to be scams. The list of sites is given at the end of the article. In fact, these sites are identical clones of each other, suggesting that the same scammers might operate all the websites.

In order to appear legitimate, the scammers behind this platform have provided the certificate of a company registered in the UK. Upon inspecting the certificate, it became obvious that it belongs to an unrelated company that has nothing to do with expert-traders.org.

Expert Traders does not have a social media presence. There are some social icons on the website but they are dummies as they leads nowhere. The contact details provided on the website are an email ID and an address of a location in the UK. The address is clearly fake as it belongs to the company that expert-traders.org is impersonating.

Even though Expert Traders claims to be based in the UK, an American phone number is provided for WhatsApp support. It is a virtual line that can be operated from anywhere in the world. Therefore, there is a high chance that the site is operated by African scammers, especially because they are using anonymous methods to communicate.

I could not find any client reviews of Expert Traders online. If you want to share your review of this platform, you can do so in the comments below or on my social media pages.

Conclusion

It seems evident that Expert Traders and the 7 similar websites are likely to be scams. There are several signs suggesting it is not a genuine trading and investment firm. The website is new and is being operated anonymously from an unknown country. The returns being promised are too good to be true.

The site is being run by unknown owners since September 2022 and they are lying that the company is active since 2018. The certificate of an unrelated British company is provided to support this lie. I was able to trace 7 other websites that are identical to Expert Traders and all seem to be scams.

The company has no social media presence and can only be contacted anonymously by email and WhatsApp. No client reviews could be found online.

It is advisable to avoid investing with Expert Traders or the 7 similar sites as there are no reasons to believe that they are genuine trading and investment firms. As a general rule, never send crypto to strangers as it cannot be recovered.
