Is Trailinggloballogistics Fake or Real?
Why is Trailinggloballogistics Fake?
A supporter of Fake Website Buster sent me a request to review Trailinggloballogistics with the following message:
Greetings! Thanks for all your hard work.
A friend of mine requested I check out the following website and I found it to be a clear fake logistics/transport company. I am wondering if you would be interested in confirming the same and listing it as a scam/fake site to prevent others from falling into the same trap? Link at the bottom.
My buddy used them to ship some stuff and they turned out to be a fake shipping company and tried charging (scamming) him for a bunch of additional “refundable fees” which he NEEDS to pay to get his order delivered. We are talking hundreds of dollars in “refundable fees”. Ha! My buddy got scammed out of $150 before realizing he was a sucker. Anyways, I hope you can verify that it is at least a fake logistics company since I understand you can’t take my word / my friend’s experience to label them a scammer necessarily.
Thanks for your time and consideration to help out! Cheers.
As per the background provided, it seems clear that Trailinggloballogistics is a fake logistics website designed to trap victims in Advance Fee Scams. The site also contains several more red flags which point towards it being a scam.
The quality of the website is extremely poor as the site has been created lazily using a cheap template and contains numerous textual errors. There are hundreds of other logistics sites that contain the same content. I found that there are at least 264 similar websites, all of which may be scams. The list of sites is given at the end of the article.
A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 19th December 2022. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details are fake as they do not match the information on the website. The domain registration address mentions Alabama, whereas the website states that the company is located in California. Therefore, Trailinggloballogistics is a relatively new website that is being operated anonymously under a fake identity.
Even though Trailinggloballogistics clearly did not exist before 2022, the website blatantly lies that it has been active since 2019 to create an illusion of legitimacy.
Similarly, there are details about team members which are obviously fake as the images are stock photos.
Trailinggloballogistics does not have any social media presence. The below contact details are given on the website:
11121 Dale St, Stanton, CA 90680, États-Unis
I found that the address is completely fake as it points to an unrelated car-and-boat-shipping company in California. The phone number provided is a virtual line registered in California that can be operated from anywhere in the world. This means that the scammers running Trailinggloballogistics are likely to not be located in the USA at all.
I could not find any customer reviews for Trailinggloballogistics online. If you want to share your review of this site, you can do so in the comments below or on my social media pages.
It seems evident that Trailinggloballogistics and the 264 similar websites are fake and designed to trap victims in Advance Fee Scams. It is a new site created in 2022 and the domain has been registered under a fake name. The site is operated anonymously and all the content is fake. There are 264 other websites using the same content that may all be scams.
The website lies to users that the company is active since 2019 even though there is no evidence of Trailinggloballogistics existing before December 2022. The address provided is of an unrelated company in California and the phone number is a virtual line that can be operated internationally.
It is advisable to avoid making payments to Trailinggloballogistics or any of the 264 similar websites as there are several signs suggesting that they may be fake logistics companies.
