Cryptocurrency Recovery Company
Is HubCSR.com Fake or Real?
Why Is HubCSR Fake?
HubCSR is a company that claims to help victims of investment scams recover their lost money, including cryptocurrency. This is surprising because cryptocurrency transactions cannot be traced or reversed and only experienced cryptocurrency lawyers are capable of recovering it. HubCSR’s website is of low quality and contains text copied from various other websites. The list of websites using the same content is given at the end of the article.
A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 18th June 2020. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details have been hidden for privacy. Even though the website is only a few months old, HubCSR claim that they have ‘years of experience’, which is clearly a lie.
The website contains social media icons which are all fake as they lead nowhere. However, HubCSR does have a social media presence in the form of a Facebook page. On this page, HubCSR claims to be based in the UK, as they have provided a UK address and phone number. However, these details seem to be fake. Further, the page details reveal that HubCSR’s Facebook page is actually operated from Nigeria and the name of the page has been changed two times.
Even though the Facebook page provides a phone number and email ID, the same details have not been provided on the website. The only way to contact HubCSR via the website is by using a contact form.
The website footer apparently contains a link to a Testimonials page on website. However, this link is fake as it simply leads to the FAQs page.
There are no real reviews available for HubCSR. The only reviews available are a Scamadviser review and a post on Reddit. Both of these seem to be written by HubCSR themselves, as they have been posted by accounts with no other activity apart from promoting HubCSR.
It seems quite obvious that HubCSR is a scam. The website content has been copied from various sources and there are at least 8 websites using the same text. The company claims to have ‘years of experience’ even though the website is less than 5 months old.
The website contains social media links that do not work. While HubCSR does have a Facebook page, there is extremely suspicious activity going on with it. It carries a UK address and phone number, both of which are fake. The page is actually operated from Nigeria and its name has been changed twice. These contact details given on the Facebook page are not provided on the website and the only way to contact HubCSR though their website is using a contact form.
The only two reviews available for HubCSR seem to be written by the company itself. It seems extremely likely that HubCSR is a fake website set up by Nigerian scammers themselves to take more advantage of their victims. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid hiring HubCSR for cryptocurrency recovery, as it does not seem to be a genuine company.
