BPO & Data Entry Services Provider
Is Globexx Fake or Real?
Likely Fake
Why is Globexx Likely Fake?
Globexx is a website that claims to be providing data entry jobs and BPO services in India. The website states that they provide offline and online data entry work. The payout rates for online work are much higher compared to offline work.
In both cases, the payouts are much higher than market rates, which is the first sign that Globexx might be a scam. There is no mention of fees to be paid by workers, but my guess is that they ask for advance payments. Any job that requires you to pay before you can earn is a scam.
Globexx is also running ads on Facebook to attract investors. They are claiming that investors can earn a minimum of ₹1 lakh per month.
A domain name lookup of the website shows that the domain was registered on 6th June 2020 in Maharashtra, India. The registrant’s details such as name and contact details have not been provided. Therefore, it is a relatively new website that is bieng operated anonymously.
It must also be noted that the domain information was updated in December 2020, which means that it could have been sold to a new owner. Website traffic data shows that the website has only been active since January 2021, giving credibility to this assumption. Therefore, it appears that Globexx is no more than a couple of months old.
Globexx’s website states multiple times that the company has been active since 2014. This seems to be a lie as there is no evidence of the company existing before January 2021.
The entire content on the website is copied and the same can be found on at least 3 other websites, all of which may be scams. The websites are named at the end of the article.
There is also a reference to a company called ‘Digital Minds’ on the About Us page. This is because the content for that section has been copied from the website of what seems to be a BPO service provider called Digital Minds in Philippines. This clearly shows that Globexx is not run by professionals.
Globexx also claims to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with several offices in India. There is zero evidence to prove this as I cannot find any information about Globexx’s operations in Malaysia.
Globexx’s website has a ‘.in’ extension, which belongs to India and the domain name has also been registered in India. The claims about Globexx being a Malaysian company seem to be complete lies.
The website’s home page contains some testimonials from their supposed clients. However, these are clearly fake as they contain false information.
Globexx does not link to any social media pages on their website. Any real company would at least have a LinkedIn page. I found a Facebook page called ‘Glbxgrp’ that was previously named ‘Globexx Group’. This name change is quite strange and suspicious.
The page has 0 followers and has been created only in March 2021. This page is being used to run ads on Facebook. It provides a Gmail ID instead of the official email ID and has an India phone number that is not present on the website.
The Facebook page also shows that Globexx has started operations only recently and is being run from India, not Malaysia.
The contact details provided on the website are an email ID and Malaysian address. The email ID was found to be working when tested. However, the address seems to be fake. I could not find any evidence of this address being real as it does not exist anywhere outside Globexx’s website.
Not even a single address or phone number of any of their office locations in India have been provided. Therefore, the only way to contact Globexx is by email.
While searching for reviews of Globexx, I found fake answers on Quora written to promote Globexx. Both these answers are for the same question and have been written by new accounts that have not answered any other question. One of the answers also says that the person has been in business with Globexx for 10 months, which is impossible as the website is barely three months old.
I also found a similar fake review written on Scamadviser.
In the only review that seems to be genuine, the reviewer has stated that Globexx asked them for money. This is a strong indication that Globexx might be a scam, as no real company will ask for advance payment from workers.
There is an extremely high chance that Globexx might be a scam. Everything on the website appears to be a lie. The payouts being promised for data entry work are much above market rates. Promises of huge earnings from simple work often signal a scam.
Globexx claims to be a Malaysian company operating since 2014, with several offices in India. None of this seems to be true as the website was created in January 2021 in India. There is no information about a company called Globexx operating in Kuala Lumpur and not even a single address of their Indian offices has been provided.
The website itself does not provide any social media links. I found a Facebook page called ‘Glbxgrp’ with 0 likes that links to Globexx’s website. The page was previously named ‘Globexx Group’ and was created only in March 2021. The page is being used for running ads for Globexx and provides an Indian phone number.
Globexx has seeded Quora and review websites with fake reviews. The reviews calling Globexx legitimate are written by new accounts that have been created for the purpose of promoting Globexx.
The only real review that I could find states that Globexx asked the person for money. Any company that asks for payment before you can start earning is almost guaranteed to be a scam.
The only real contact method provided on the website is an email ID. No phone number is mentioned and the Malaysian address seems to be fake.
It is advisable to avoid working with or investing with Globexx, as it does not seem to be a genuine company.

Remember: If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
** Update **
Soon after this article went live, fake reviews for my website written by someone called ‘Sushant Sharma’ from India popped up on various websites. The account has no other reviews and is making false allegations.
As my readers will know, I hide my personal details to avoid harassment from scammers and never ask for payment. The most I ask for is a positive review.
Please help me offset this scammer’s nasty and fake comments with a positive review of your own. Thank you.
