Online Clothing Store
Is Geodolly Fake or Real?
Why is Geodolly Likely Fake?
Geodolly.com is a website that claims to be selling women’s clothing such as tops, bottoms, dresses, swimwear and accessories at low prices. The website seems likely to be a Chinese scam right from the outset as the website quality is extremely poor, the selection of items is unoriginal and the product images have been edited. Therefore, the product images on the website may not be accurate representations of what customers can expect to receive.
Even though Geodolly tries to portray itself as a UK-based business, there are reasons to believe that in reality, it may be a Chinese operation. For example, the website’s icon is the Shoplazza logo, which is the Chinese counterpart to platforms like Shopify.
A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 9th May 2022. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact information have been hidden using a privacy guard. Therefore, it is a new website that is being operated anonymously, possibly from a high-risk country.

Firstly, the page mentions that Geodolly sells ‘handmade toys’ which is complete nonsense as no such products are listed on the website. The content has been copied and I found that the same text is being used on at least 196 other websites, all of which may be scams. The list of sites is given at the end of the article.
When I checked Geodolly’s Q&A page, I found that the company strongly discourages returns by applying a $5.99 ‘processing and handling fee’ and also deducting the shipping fee. I am not sure whether this is legal and even if it is, it is surely a customer-unfriendly practice. This basically means that customers cannot get a full refund even if the company makes a mistake, such as sending a defective item or clothing of the wrong size.
The following company information is provided on the Contact Us page of the website:
TOP LIFESTYLE LIMITED
Company number 11934935
Address: 212 Horton Road, Datchet, Slough, England, SL3 9HL
(This is NOT a returning address)
First of all, the information has been formatted as an image, likely to avoid detection by search engines as the same company details are likely to be found on hundreds of websites, as is the case with most Chinese scam stores.
While this gives the impression that Geodolly is based in the UK, it is likely that Top Lifestyle Limited may be a shell company created to route money to China. When I checked the company details on the UK Companies House register, I found the details to be quite sketchy.
Top Lifestyle Limited was set up in 2019 even though Geodolly was created only in May 2022. The address given on the website does not match the registered address of the company. However, it does match the address of the owner’s correspondence owner but I believe that it may be a virtual address as the owner is Chinese.
Geodolly has social media icons on its website but they are fake as they lead nowhere.
However, I found that three separate Facebook pages have been created for Geodolly. All these pages were created on the same day and have almost no likes. Shockingly, these pages are falsely claiming that Geodolly is operating since 2017 even though the website did not exist before May 2022.
The Contact Us page only provides the email ID ‘firstname.lastname@example.org‘. Therefore, Geodolly can only be contacted by email after making a purchase. This gives the impression that Geodolly is likely to have poor customer service.
I could not find any customer reviews of Geodolly online. If you want to share your review of this website, you can do so in the comments below or on my social media pages.
It seems quite apparent that Geodolly and the 196 similar sites may all be scams from China. The website is being operated anonymously since May 2022 and is selling mass-produced Chinese clothing that can be found on hundreds of other websites. Even though it tries to present itself as a UK-based business, there are hints that it may actually be a Chinese website.
The entire website’s content has been copied and the same images and text can be found on at least 196 other websites, all of which are likely to be scams. The website contains the information of a company called Top Lifestyle Limited registered in the UK. However, it may be a shell company created from China as it has a Chinese owner and there are inconsistencies in the company information. The only contact detail provided is an email ID.
Geodolly has three separate Facebook pages with almost no likes, all created on the same day. This is commonly seen with Chinese scam websites. No customer reviews could be found online.
It is advisable to avoid shopping on Geodolly or any of the 196 related websites as there are high chances that you will not receive what you ordered or might receive low-quality items. The website’s return policy states that the company will deduct the shipping fee as well as a ‘processing fee’ to all refunds, which means that customers can never get all their money back even if Geodolly makes a mistake.
If you think that you have been scammed by any of these sites, you can contact your bank for a full refund. Don’t accept a partial refund citing that the product is not what you ordered and refuse to ship the items back to China as the merchant claims to be based in the UK.
Remember, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
