Why is Fxtdpro Fake?

YouTube video

Fxtdpro is an online forex trading platform that where investors can supposedly generate giant profits. The site was reported to me by a reader who was contacted by someone on Instagram asking him to trade on Fxtdpro. This is often how Investment Scams begin. The promises of huge returns are never realized as the company turns out to be nothing but a scam.

email from reader

Fxtdpro is immediately suspicious upon opening the website as it promotes a streaming service to ‘keep our trader’s entertain while trading’. This makes it evident that the site is not run by professional forex traders.

A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 30th July 2021. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details have been hidden using a paid service. Therefore, it is a relatively new website that is being operated anonymously.

Fxtdpro scam about us

Even though Fxtdpro clearly did not exist before July 2021, there is an awards section on the home page that claims that the company has won awards as far back as 2016. The awards named are generic and do not really exist.

Similarly, there is a fake statistic about Fxtdpro’s Trustpilot rating being 9/10. This is hilariously and obviously fake as Trustpilot ratings are out of 5. Upon checking the site, I found that Fxtdpro has 0 reviews. This, once again, shows that the site is run by scammers and not a real organization.

The website also has a ‘Refer a Friend’ section (spelt incorrectly by Fxtdpro as ‘freind’). This page states that traders on the platform can earn commission bonuses up to $2,000 on deposits made by referrals. This suggests that Fxtdpro may be a Pyramid scheme, if not an outright scam.

Even though there are social media icons given on the website, these are fake as they lead nowhere. Fxtdpro does not have a social media presence.

Fxtdpro tries to appear legitimate by claiming that it is a registered company in the Marshall Islands. However, the registration data given appears to be fake as the registration cannot be verified and the address is being used by several other companies.

The contact details given on Fxtdpro’s website include two email IDs, an address and a phone number. The address and phone number both seem to be fake. Therefore, the only way to contact Fxtdpro is by email.

Fxtdpro scam contact information

I could not find any client reviews for Fxtdpro online, which is surprising considering that it has been active for more than five months. If you want to share your experience with this platform, you can do so in the comments below or on my social media pages.

Conclusion

It is glaringly obvious that Fxtdpro and the 33 similar websites have an extremely high possibility of being scams. There are several signs suggesting that Fxtdpro may be a scam platform acting as a facade for an Advance Fee Investment Scam. Therefore, it is likely to be either a pyramid scheme or a total scam.

Fxtdpro is a relatively new website created in July 2021 that is being operated anonymously. However, the website has blatantly false information such as fake awards and a made-up Trustpilot rating.

All of the information on the website is copied as the same content can be found on at least 33 other websites, all of which may be scams. The website is quite poorly made and does not appear to be a genuine forex trading platform.

The company registration information provided is unverifiable. The company address provided is also being used by several other companies and is likely to be fake.

Fxtdpro does not have any social media presence and no reviews could be found for it either. It is advisable to avoid investing with Fxtdpro and the 33 similar sites as there are almost no signs to suggest that they are legitimate organizations. As a general rule, never trade or invest with a platform promoted by strangers on Instagram.
