Why is Discplinee Fake?
Discplinee is a website that claims to be selling a random assortment of items including Christmas and Halloween decorations, kitchenware, electronic gadgets, personal grooming accessories and more. A name like ‘Discplinee‘ – which is a random jumble of letters – often signals that the store may be a scam from China.
The website seems to be created using a Chinese e-commerce platform called Wshopon, which again suggests that Discplinee is a Chinese website. However, the Terms and Conditions page bizarrely states that the website operates as per UK laws.
A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 11th May 2022 through HiChina. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact information have not been provided. Therefore, Discplinee is a new website that is being operated anonymously from a high-risk country.
Items such as ‘lava Dragon Eggs’ have been listed on Discplinee using images stolen from genuine artists such as OlhaARTS. The prices are much lower than the originals and several people have reported receiving poor copies of the advertised items from similar scammy Chinese websites.
The Contact Us Page contains the below details. It should be noted that the details are formatted as an image, presumably to prevent other sites containing the same information from being detected by search engines.

It is a concerning sign that only an email ID has been provided for support. While the company address gives the impression that Discplinee is a UK-based business, when I checked the UK Companies House register I found that the company has a Chinese owner. Therefore, Landbase Trading Co. Ltd. may be a shell company created to launder money from the UK to China.
It is also noteworthy that the registered address does not match the one on the website, hinting that it is likely to be a virtual address. I have previously found 426 dubious websites related to Landbase Trading Co. while researching a site called Taineideocly.
The About Us page of Discplinee contains the following text:

Upon analyzing the website’s content, I found that the same text is being used on at least 396 other websites, all of which may be scams. The full list of sites is given at the end of the article.
There are no links to social media pages on Discplinee’s website. However, I found that at least two Facebook pages have been created for it, both of which are being used for running advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
The Facebook page details are extremely sketchy as the name of a Chinese company called ‘Quanzhou Jibu Trading Co., Ltd.‘ is provided. Additionally, the page is shown to be managed from a number of fake locations such as Australia, USA, Germany and more. This makes no sense as Discplinee claims to be a UK-based business and therefore the locations seem to be a deliberate deception.
I could not find any customer reviews of Discplinee online. If you want to share your review of this website, you can do so in the comments below or on my social media pages.
Conclusion
It seems apparent that Discplinee and the 396 related sites may all be scams from China. The website is being operated anonymously from China since May 2022 and the images of products have been stolen from genuine artists such as OlhaARTS. The website owners appear to be hiding behind a possible shell company named Landbase Trading Co. registered in the UK and owned by a Chinese national.
The entire website’s content has been copied and the same text can be found on at least 396 other websites, all of which are likely to be scams. Discplinee tries to create the false impression that it is a UK-based business even though multiple signs indicate that it is operated from China. The only contact detail provided is an email ID.
Discplinee has two Facebook pages and neither of them is linked on the website. The page details are alarming as all the information appears to be fake and contradicts the information on the website. For example, the name of a Chinese company has been provided and the page is supposedly managed from 9 different countries. Shockingly, the page is being allowed to run advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
It is advisable to avoid shopping on Discplinee or any of the 396 related websites as there are high chances that you will not receive what you ordered or might receive low-quality items at best.
If you think that you have been scammed by any of these sites, you can contact PayPal for a full refund. Don’t accept a partial refund citing that the product is not as described and refuse to ship the items back to China as the merchant claims to be located in the UK.
