Stanley-cups is a website that claims to be selling Stanley cups. It is a fake online store that is likely to be selling counterfeits as they are pretending to be a real online Stanley outlet despite having no relation to the brand. The genuine website for the Stanley brand is stanley1913.com.
I received the following response from Stanley regarding stanley-cups.com:
Hi! Thanks for reaching out.
We want to inform you of fake websites claiming to be Stanley and selling Quenchers and other items at extremely discounted prices.
Here are some tips to help protect you from being misled by false advertising:
Only buy from trusted Stanley retailers or from our official website: www.stanley1913.com.
Don’t fall for social media ads that offer Stanley products at discounts unless they’re coming from our verified social media accounts or trusted retailers.
If you think you may have placed an order with one of these fraudulent sites, please contact your bank or credit card company immediately to cancel the charges.
This site you linked is definitely not ours and we do not recommend purchasing from it. Thank you for bringing this site to our attention – we have passed this information on to the appropriate team.

During my research, I discovered that Stanley-cups is part of the Uniqueness Scam Network of fake shopping sites created by organized Chinese cybercriminals.
A domain name lookup of the website shows that stanley-cups.com was registered on 25th January 2024. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details have been hidden using a privacy guard. Therefore, it is a relatively new website being run anonymously from China.
When I checked the About page, I found that it contains the same text as websites associated with the Uniqueness Scam Network. Upon analyzing the content, I found that there are at least 350 similar active websites, all of which may be scams. The list of websites is given at the end of the article.
The T&C page states that the site is hosted on Shoplazza, which is a Chinese ecommerce website platform.
The website shows several signs that it is not operated by a legitimate business. The site is still incomplete months after going live and the home page displays a Valentine’s Day banner in April. The Terms & Conditions page contains absolutely no company information.
I could not find any social media pages for stanley-cups.com and there are no contact details given on the website. Therefore, there is no way to contact the company after making a purchase.
There are no customer reviews for stanley-cups written on site such as ScamAdviser and Trustpilot.
Common complaints about sites operated by the Uniqueness Scam Network include false advertising, products being shipped from China, late or no delivery, poor customer service and refusal to provide refunds. It is quite obvious that Stanley-cups and the 350 similar sites are likely to be scams operated by Chinese cybercrime networks.
Stanley-cups is a new site created anonymously from China in January 2024. It is impersonating the Stanley brand (stanley1913.com) and there are signs that it is operated by organized Chinese cybercriminals.
The website content is copied and the same text has been found on thousands of fake online stores, several of which have been confirmed to be scams. I found that there are at least 350 active websites using the same content as Stanley-cups and are likely to be operated by the same fraudsters.
The website contains no company details or contact information. Therefore, there is no way to contact the company after making a purchase. Stanley-cups has no social media pages either.
It is advisable to avoid shopping on Stanley-cups or any of the 350 similar sites as they do not seem to be genuine businesses.
If you think that you have been scammed by any of these sites, you can contact PayPal or your bank for a full refund. Don’t accept a partial refund citing that the product is not what you ordered and refuse to ship the items back to China as the country of origin was undisclosed or wrong.
