Why Is Lorahia Fake?
Lorahia is a website that claims to be selling women’s clothing at low prices. The products on the website are not exclusive and they appear to be mass-produced Chinese goods.
The images on the website are not actual photos of the clothing. They are edited images that show designs superimposed onto stock models. Therefore, customers might receive clothing that look and fit nothing like the images.
A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 17th December 2020. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details have been hidden using a paid service. Therefore, it is a relatively new website that is being operated anonymously.
None of the content on the website seems to be original. The About Us page of the website contains the following text:

When the ladies around the world so desired to buy nice clothing without worry, Lorahia was determined to research and develop a unique good quality women clothing brand.
This text content has been copied as the same can be found on at least 7 other websites, all of which may be scams. The list of sites is given at the end of the article.
An IP address analysis of these websites reveals that all of them have shared IP addresses. Lorahia itself shares the same IP address as 5 of these sites. This suggests that all the stores are operated by the same owners.
The website is of extremely poor quality as it contains no almost information except for the product listings and generic policy pages.
While testing the checkout process, I found that the PayPal account associated with the website is named ‘Seaucian Co., Ltd’. This is highly suspicious because this company name is not mentioned anywhere on the website.
Oddly, even though no social media pages are linked on the website, I found that Lorahia has an active Facebook page.
This website contains contact details which imply that the company is based in the USA. The page managers’ location has been deliberately hidden by the owner.
The page is also being used for advertising on Facebook and Instagram, with more than 30 ads being active at the time of writing this article.

Firstly, this information contradicts the contact details given on the Facebook page. The address is of the UK instead of the USA and only the email ID is the same.
The email ID was found to be working when tested, however, this is the only way to contact Lorahia. It is never a good sign when a company does not provide multiple ways to contact them.
The company ‘Ansky Company Limited’ is likely to be a shell incorporation created by Chinese owners. The registration data shows that the Director is a Chinese national. The person’s occupation is also listed as ‘Director’ which I found strange.
The company information has been formateed as an image, which can be seen as a deliberate attempt to hide from search engines. This is possibly because a search for ‘Ansky Company Ltd.’ brings up the names of several websites that have been flagged as scams.
Numerous reviews can also be found where customers have complained about being scammed. The reviews mention different website names too but the story of all the customers is the same. They have stated that they were bait-and-switched by false advertisements with no refunds being offered.
The products they received were far inferior to what was advertised. Customer service is apparently terrible and the company refused to provide full refunds unless the items were shipped back to China at the customers’ own cost.
Conclusion
It seems extremely likely that Lorahia and the 7 related websites may all be scams. The website has only been active since December 2020 and is being run anonymously.
Though the website says that it is run by a UK-based company called ‘Ansky Company Ltd.‘. The company registration information hints that this may actually be a shell incorporation by a Chinese company. Customer reviews of Ansky Company also confirm that the packages arrive from China.
The website’s PayPal account has the name of a completely different company called ‘Seaucian Co., Ltd’.
Strangely, Lorahia’s Facebook page contains contact information of the USA, which completely contradicts the information on the website. The location of the Facebook page’s owner has also been hidden. Therefore, Loria appears to be a Chinese website lying about operating from the UK and the USA.
The likelihood of customers being bait-and-switched is high. The images on the website are not real photographs of the clothing. Therefore, customers may have false expectations about the products they will end up receiving.
The only way to contact Lorahia is by email as no genuine phone number or address has been provided.
Reviews of Anksy Company Ltd. are negative and customers have written that they received inferior or wrong products. Even after sending several mails with proof, the company refused them full refunds unless the products were shipped back to China at their customers’ own expense. This is a common tactic employed by ecommerce scammers to make victims give up on getting a refund.
It is advisable to avoid shopping on Lorahia or any of the related websites, as the chances of them being scams are incredibly high.
