Why is Fxtradingstocks Fake?

YouTube video

Fxtradingstocks is a website that claims to generate profits for investors. Even though ‘Fxtradingstocks’ refers to forex and stock trading, the company supposedly invests in everything from cryptocurrency to forex to stocks. Each of these is a different trade and an unknown company claiming to have expertise in all of them is almost guaranteed to be lying. Such nonsense is common with investment scams as scammers know nothing about trading or investing and their victims are equally clueless.

Fxtradingstocks scam fake trading

Fxtradingstocks promises returns as ludicrously high as 15.6% per day. Such returns are not realistic or sustainable and make it obvious that the website is a scam. Fxtradingstocks also has a two-tier referral commission program where users can earn commissions on deposits of their referrals even if they don’t invest any of their own money. This indicates that the platform may be a pyramid scheme if not an outright scam.

A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 9th November 2021. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details have been hidden using a privacy guard. Therefore, Fxtradingstocks is a relatively new website that is being operated anonymously.

whois

Even though the website clearly did not exist before 2021, there are several instances on the website where a fake website age is mentioned. The scammers operating this website are so thick-skulled that they couldn’t keep their own lies consistent. For example, there are several different fake creation years mentioned from 2006 to 2021.

There are also fake awards mentioned which the company has apparently won before they ever existed. Even the Terms & Conditions document is fake as it mentions the date as June 2021, even though the site did not exist before November 2021.

There are more poor attempts by Fxtradingstocks to appear credible, such as fake certifications and media mentions. The certificates are poorly edited and anyone with a trained eye can see that they are fake. The text in this section goes a step further and blatantly lies that Fxtradingstocks was registered in the UK in 1999. There is absolutely no proof that Fxtradingstocks is a legal entity in any country or has been operating before November 2021.

Fxtradingstocks’ website is poorly made and appears to be created using a cheap template, as with most fake investment platforms. The website is so lazily made that important documentation such as the Privacy Policy is missing. Oddly, there is also a link to a page called ‘Conflict Handling Policy’ that just leads to the fake Terms & Conditions.

I found that the text on the website has been copied and is being used on at least 95 other websites, all of which are likely to be scams. The list of sites is given at the end of the article.

Many of these websites are exact clones of Fxtradingstocks, suggesting that the same scammers are operating a multitude of fake investment websites.

  • rentradeplus scam cloned website
  • metatraderoptions scam cloned website

There does not seem to be even a single piece of information on the website that is genuine. Even the testimonials are fake as the same can be found on the cloned websites too.

Fxtradingstocks does not have a social media presence. There are no social media links given on the website and I couldn’t find any social media pages independently either.

The Contact Us section of the website only contains a contact form. There are different contact details given on different pages. On one of the pages, the email ID of a different website called greenbittrade.com is provided, confirming that these scammers are running several websites.

I found that the address provided is of an unrelated business and the phone number is a virtual VoIP line that can be operated from anywhere in the world. Therefore, Fxtradingstocks is likely to be run by international scammers located in Africa.

I could not find any client reviews for Fxtradingstocks online. However, I was alerted about this website by a victim who lost money to the scammers. As per the victim, Fxtradingstocks is an Advance Fee Scam as they refuse to pay profits after making a deposit. If you want to share your review of this platform, you can do so in the comments below or on my social media pages.

Conclusion

It seems quite obvious that Fxtradingstocks and the 95 similar websites have an unbelievably high likelihood of being scams. There are a number of signs suggesting Fxtradingstocks is not a genuine trading and investment firm. The returns being promised are too good to be true.

The site is being operated anonymously since November 2021. All of the content on the website is copied and the same text can be found on at least 95 other websites, all of which may be scams. The site has a fake Terms & Conditions document and the Privacy Policy is missing.

All the information on the website is fake as Fxtradingstocks is lying about how long it has been operational, the awards it has won, being featured in the media and being a certified company. There is no evidence that it is a real company at all.

Fxtradingstocks has no social media presence and can only be contacted by email or WhatsApp. No real company information is given on the website and the contact details provided are fake. Though there are no client reviews available online, I was alerted about this website by someone who invested their money and never received returns.

It is advisable to avoid investing with Fxtradingstocks or the 96 similar sites as there are no reasons to believe that they are genuine trading and investment firms. As a general rule, never send crypto to strangers as it cannot be recovered.

If you have been a victim of an investment scam, you can take the following steps:

  1. File a complaint with the payment portal. However, investment scammers mostly use methods such as Bitcoin, Western Union, MoneyGram and other untraceable methods which make refunds impossible.
  2. File a formal police complaint with the Cybercrime department.
  3. Leave a negative review on review portals such as ScamAdviser and TrustPilot.
  4. Report the website to Google using the Suspicious Site Reporter extension for Chrome
  5. Give a low rating to the website on Web of Trust. You can also install their extension for the same.
  6. If the company has a listing on Google My Business or Google Maps, file a complaint using the Business Redressal Complaint Form. Also, leave a negative review explaining what kind of experience you had.
  7. Report the scam site to web filtering companies.
