Why is Astroflex Fake?

YouTube video

Astroflex.ltd is a website that claims to be a crypto investment platform. The return on investments offered by Astroflex.ltd are laughable as they promise a minimum return of 10% in one day. Such returns are not realistic or sustainable and make it obvious that the website is a scam.

Further, Astroflex also has a referral commission program where users can supposedly earn commissions on deposits made by their referrals. Therefore, the platform may be a pyramid scheme if not an outright scam.

A domain name lookup of the website shows that it was registered on 10th April 2023. The registrant’s details such as name and contact details have been hidden using a privacy guard. Therefore, Astroflex is a new website that is being operated anonymously from an unknown country.

whois

Even though the site has been active since April 2023, the website is still incomplete as dummy text has not been replaced and links to some of the pages don’t work. This shows that Astroflex is operated by amateurs and not genuine professionals.

The website is poorly made and appears to be created using a cheap HYIP template, as with most fake investment platforms. The site does not have a Privacy Policy document and I found that the entire website content has been copied. Upon analyzing the website’s content, I found that there are 59 identical websites, all of which are likely to be scams. The list of sites is given at the end of the article.

The website absurdly claims that a person named Nechemya Sheinfeld is their Creative Director and President. This information is completely fake as no such person exists and the photo used on Astroflex’s website is of a random individual.

Astroflex only accepts deposits using cryptocurrency which is extremely unsafe as refunds are practically impossible.

The website also falsely claims that Astroflex is registered in the UK. When I checked the company number provided, I found that it belongs to an unrelated company which is no longer active. In any case, A UK company registration certificate means next to nothing as it is extremely easy to obtain from anywhere in the world. Genuine investment companies must be registered with a financial authority such as the FCA.

Astroflex does not have a social media presence and the below contact information is provided:

Whatsapp Support: +447506801889
Address: 5 North End Road, London, United Kingdom, NW11 7RJ

The address belongs to the company Astroflex is impersonating and the phone number is a virtual line that is being used for anonymous WhatsApp messaging and can be operated from anywhere in the world. Therefore, there is no reason to believe that Astroflex is operated from the UK.

I could not find any reviews for Astroflex on sites like ScamAdviser and Trustpilot. If you want to share your review of this platform, you can do so in the comments below or on my social media pages.

Conclusion

It seems apparent that Astroflex and the 59 similar websites are likely to be scams. There are several signs suggesting it is not a genuine investment platform. The website is new and is being operated anonymously. The returns being promised are too good to be true and the referral commission system suggests Astroflex may be a pyramid scheme.

Unknown owners are running the site since April 2023 and there is nothing to suggest that it is a legitimate business. I discovered 59 other websites similar to Astroflex which may all be scams. The website is still incomplete nearly a year after going live and fake ownership information is provided.

Astroflex has no social media presence and the company registration number given is of an unrelated company. No reviews for the platform could be found online. The owners of Astroflex only communicate via anonymous methods like WhatsApp.

It is advisable to avoid investing with Astroflex or the 59 similar sites as there are no reasons to believe that they are genuine investment platforms. As a general rule, never send crypto to strangers as it cannot be recovered.
